The Local File (Annual Transfer Pricing Report)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Local File focuses specifically on the Turkish entity&#8217;s related-party transactions and why those transactions are considered to be at arm\u2019s length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Who Must Prepare:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Large Taxpayers (registered with the Large Taxpayers Office) and those operating in Free Trade Zones:<\/strong> Must prepare an <a href=\"https:\/\/akkasmusavirlik.com\/en\/annual-report-filing-in-turkiye\/\">annual report<\/a> for <strong>both domestic and cross-border<\/strong> related-party transactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All Other Corporate Taxpayers:<\/strong> Must prepare an annual report for their <strong>cross-border<\/strong> related-party transactions only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Content:<\/strong> It includes specific details on the local company\u2019s management structure, a detailed FAR analysis for the local entity, information about controlled transactions, the TP method selected and applied, and a benchmarking analysis (comparability study).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submission:<\/strong> The Local File must be prepared before the deadline for filing the annual Corporate Income Tax Return (typically <strong>April 25th<\/strong> for a calendar year), and must be submitted to the tax authorities <em>upon request<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-c-country-by-country-reporting-cbcr-40\">C.
